A summer-only lager made with the historic Fujisaki department store, bursting with bright lemon purée.

A collaboration with Fujisaki, the historic department store based in Miyagi. We start with a lager brewed using classic methods, then add lemon purée late in fermentation. Made with the whole lemon, peel and all, the purée gives the beer a refreshing lift and pleasant bitterness. An original summer beer created by Fujisaki and Great Dane, made for enjoying the season.
