Top-fermented ales are known for rich aromas and deep flavor. SCOTCH ALE is brewed with seven different malts. The combination of malts, each bringing savoriness and sweetness, creates a complex, finely balanced backbone, with layered notes of caramel and chocolate. Delicious cold, but we also recommend sipping it slowly at a slightly warmer temperature.
